8Dio Adagio String issues

Hello all, I haven't been able to find anything in a search about this. I am running Sonar PLT with the latest version of Kontakt. Whenever I use 8Dio Adagio Strings it freezes up Kontakt and Sonar for at least a few seconds to a minute and sometimes crashes everything. Anyone else experiencing this..

Generic VST plug-in to control external MIDI gear

I am looking for something like a generic, customizable VST plugin to control external MIDI gear - similar to what the ancient studioware provided. I did a web research but did not find anything really. I'd like to be able to create a custom display of knobs with labels that send certain MIDI CCs do..

This is kind of strange, but no matter which bass plugin I use some notes will not play. I downloaded the trial version of Modobass. Really cool, but the same problem, it will not play certain notes.
