Melodyne Studio not showing multiple tracks in single instance

Melodyne has stopped allowing me to edit multiple tracks from a single instance. I can still use ARA mode with multiple tracks, however I have a project where I want to edit large portions of several tracks altogether, and ARA mode has proven to be less stable for this use and also really bogs down ..

Any idea why the gui on my waves ssl 4000 plugins look like this?
