Bias Amp vs. Bias FX?

They're web site sucks.What are the pros and cons of each? I can't tell the advantage of one over the other.I'm thinking if they have a sell it could be a contender for my birthday or Christmas, but I don't know anything about it.I have S-Gear and Amplitube 4...so I may get something else, or nothin..
