NI Kontact Player player content downloader crashes

I wanted to see how I and my Laptop got on with Kontact Player, but when I try to run the Downloader for the free content, it crashes. I'm on Windows 10 I've emailed tech support, but wondered if anyone had a suggestion that may resolve. Same result on my Windows 7 laptop too...
