All NI updates fail

I seem to be the only one who has this bug when installing NI updates. They always fail. My only solution has been to use Windows Installer Clean Up. This is an older program going back to XP. I've been using this solution for 5 years and still happens on my new systems...

Anything labeled "Bell" in any of the synths in Sonar are anything, but bells. I'm looking for real bell sounds like church bells or other large bells. Like the one on AC/DC's Hells Bells. Anyone know where I can get this?..
