If I have Eco and BFD3 - is there any point to learning Eco?

I purchased Eco and the update to BFD2 and started watching the Groove3 videos for Eco. I just recently upgraded to BFD3 and I'm wondering - is there any point to continuing to learn Eco or should all my energy go into learning BFD3?..
