Sonar 8.5 LE out of sync

I have had problems with Sonar 6,7, and now 8.5 LE. The audio on new tracks I record is out of sync with the old audio. At first the new audio was delayed, but now it is actually coming in before the old audio! I am running Windows 7 (32) on two different computers with Sound Blaster Audigy, Live!, ..
