Purchase Timing Question on Izotope RX 2 / 3

I'm about to bite the bullet on RX, but with the update from 2 to 3 coming in just a few weeks, I'm wondering if it's better to wait for their release price or get RX 2 now which includes a free update to RX 3 anyways. The only thing I have from Izotope is Ozone 4 , so I'm not used to their pricing ..
