Getting rid of Sampletank help

I give up. I downloaded sampletank 2.5.5, installed it,I can't get sampletank to work. So now I've deleted it. How do I get it removed from Sonar's insert soft synth list? To be clear...I click on insert, go to soft synth and Sampletank is an option...

uninstalling waves issues

i downloaded a trial of some waves plugins and uninstalled them from my machine when the trial period was over. problem is, they're still showing up in my plugin manager. tried the waves forums but no luck. anyone here know the answer???..
