Mautopitch by Melda productions?

Is this thing any good? I know it isn't melodyne or autotune, but does anyone use it? How would you bounce down to an audio track? Do you have to do it in real time somehow? I saw a windows 7 download site were it looks like you can download just Mautopitch without having to download the whole free ..

Tootrack Vocal Toolbox vs Waves Maserati Vocal Enhancer. Anyone have an opinion on these plugs, does either one make a difference, especially in getting the vocal right in a mix? The Toontrack plug seems to have more to it, they are very similar in price. Thanks...
