"Profiling EQ" / or "Sampling Eq"... who made that thing?

Hi guys, about a year ago I saw a demo of a "Profiling EQ" plugin. You played program material in to it and it created an EQ curve that you could use on other tracks. Anyone know what it was called? It sold for around 200 Euros then....
