Hard drive clean up

I'm looking for some advice on ways to free up some space and get rid of some unnecessary files from a few years of sonar and its various versions. Where do all of the overwritten saves go? Where's all the junk stored that is created in the recording process?..

Non music problem - Strange network thing.

An Observation with DPC Latency Checker

So for giggles, I was running DPC Lat on Win 7 DAW. With nothing running I was getting ambient latency of ~150 microsecs and the occasional spike at 300-350.With Sonar or iTunes running I was getting the same sort of latency.
