New Platinum StudioCat Laptop

This time around I went with a Platinum Laptop, as I wanted something that could be portable for recording a project I'm working on with some friends up north, as well as used in my studio with everything hooked up. Quiet Fans?

Is noctua still the king of the quiet fan? Does anyone have any other suggestions (cheaper perhaps?) My stock case fans are starting to bother me with their throttling noises. Thought this would be a good place to ask...

CPU Cooler Issue

While doing a little cleaning out (dust bunny's etc..) inside my PC, I accidentally broke a tiny black wire (inside a socket) that connects my NHD-14 to the MB (CPU Fan 1). Upgrading my SSD (update)

I have an 250GB SSD (OS) that has only 11GB left and would like to get a new one....possibly a 500GB or more. I'm in the Windows Insider Program and get advanced versions of Windows 10. The latest version was installed last night. In looking over the notes for the new version the V1803 upgrade was mentioned and December was noted as the next upgrade. We get a reprieve for 6 months...
