Ack! Warning Rosewill usb3 hub

Any thoughts on AS Rock Z77 Professional Motherboard?

I'm in the early stages of looking at hardware for a new PC. The AS Rock Z77 Professional gets good reviews at newegg.com. I'll probably go with an i7 3770K CPU. It will be months before I actually spring for the hardware so I've got plenty of time to look around...
