Just got through cooking in the room with the stove and sink etc...
I went to the store today and decided to make up some dinner, I admit I was a little concerned but it turned out really good. Two swordfish steaks, sautéed in olive and butter, seasoned with Old Bay, a splash of lime after put on the plate. Served with fresh peeled peaches mixed with whipped cream. ..
