Do you blame Cakewalk in Part or in Whole and how would you do it differently?

There are lots of blame to go around. But lets put the BS chameleon behavior aside. How would you do things differently if you were in charge of Cakewalk?..

Black Friday/ Cyber Monday treats

I gave in and finally bought a TV Jones Classic pickup for the neck of one my Telecasters.I'm tired of the Lace Sensor Gold HB that I've had in it for 15-20 years. And the TVJ should blend nicely with the Fender Texas Special in the bridge. Did anyone else pick up any deals this past weekend?..

Why isn't anyone talking about SAWStudio?

I mean come on. It's a 1990's looking DAW that was written in assembly language and costs around $2500 for the basic version. Why aren't Sonar users all over this?..
