A little side project

I've been working on. It's about 7" x 9"...not finished, still sanding on it. It's going to be a tray to catch whatever it'll hold. Not much to it and thought some may like a project idea. It'll have flocking in the tray and a True-oil finish. I wet it to show the Mahogany grain but it soaked it up ..
