I'm feeling happy!

Just thought I'd put that out there. My roommate/ex-business partner is out of town until next Tuesday so I've got the place to myself (yay!). Plus I found a place to move to that's less than a mile away and in an even nicer 3,100 sq. ft. house that overlooks the Columbia river (I move on the 15th)...
