When Posters Imbed Youtube Videos in Their Posts ...

Is it just me or do you find that opening a post with imbedded youtube videos makes the page open slowly - excruciatingly slowly if there are a lot them? I don't mean just pasting in a URL but rather embedding it so that you see the picture - and I don't even know how that's done anyway. In any case..
