I just finished getting all the parts down for my next peice. 3:40 long, straight 4/4 and not a single change of metre or tempo change, no mellotrons, no synths. Still sounds a bit proggy though, you can't half do some weird things to EastWest's solo viola and the e-bow guitar from "Ghostwriter" is ..
