Is anyone with a big monitor using a mounting arm?

I don't care how large my new monitor will be (it should now be a 40" 4K about 17lbs.), I would still like to rotate it 90 degrees to portrait mode. I'm wondering if anyone that already has a large monitor is using it with a mounting arm they could recommend (my current one is barely usable at 11lbs..
