102 and stuck on i-5
Hi, Yep ... this afternoon, took over an hour from downtown Portland to across the bridge. Southbound was closed due to nasty accident, and traffic (get this!!!) was being diverted with a 180 degree turn on I-5 in Vancouver, to get off the freeway, and drive down Mill Plain to 205 ... and of course,..
