Cakewalk does not keep thier phone appointments

There is no longer any way to contact cakewalk directly. THey force you to schedule a phone appointment to "improve thier service" but I was supposed to have been called almost 2 hours ago and NOTHING!! I have been buying thier products for 19 years abd now this?????? I am completely frustrated..

The kids and their EDM terminologies

I just visited an EDM production forum and one of the posts was titled: "Can you phase out a hardstyle kick the same way you can phase out a big room kick to make a trap bootleg, or is there just too much high end distortion on a hardstyle kick?" Can anyone shed any light on this gibberish?..
