Smart TV question

I Think I Deleted the Dreaded GWX file

Round 3 - GWX.exe has appeared yet again. I had to go into the file and change permissions etc. It seems to reinstall every time windows update downloads a critical file(s). I deleted the folder for the 3rd time now. I'm sure it will find it's way back but I WILL take the time to delete it every tim..
