Anyone Else's Post Count Frozen?

My post count seems to be frozen when in the Deals or Software forums. I posted a question about this in the appropriate section and only then did it add a post to the count. So...it adds to the count in some forums, but not others. Anyone else have this?..

Why someone should buy Sonar Platinum. IMO
