No Pain No Gain

Today is the 1st day without pain pills. My jaw and neck hurts but I can live with it. The thing I hate about pain pills is after I have to take them I feel crummy for a few days mood wise. I AM depending on my dog, Sonar ,and the Coffee House to pull me through..
