God bless 'em, you see some really comical sights in the summer as they use any means possible to keep the sun off their faces. Lots of those large sun visors etc. Spotted this old dear walking down 18th street wearing a pair of oversized comedy shades. You could tell she was wearing them seriously ..

So Go Daddy has changed their policy. No more free web hosting. It's now $48 a year on 5 or 10 year deals.... Do you have any GOOD recommendations for free web hosting that are worth the time? Or.... would it simply be better to pay the fees required by GD?..

Home Surge Protection Service....worth it?

I live in Florida where we get a lot of lightning storms throughout the year and once in awhile, our power has gone down (the last one was a month ago, but only the garage freezer got tripped and was a easy fix). Imagining the worst case scenario:: no AC during the summer or worse AC gets completely..
