Again, to all who expressed their condolences in regards to
my Mom passing - THANK YOU!!!
In dealing with all this I found that she passed Intestate...which opens up a big can of Worms for me. She told me she had a Will, but, when I called the Attorney they said all she had was a "Durable Power ..
