Windchill of -16F outside and still no heating required

I even have my window open a crack and am sitting here in shorts and t-shirt. I don't know what kind of unholy magic keeps my apartment warm but I haven't had the heating on since I shut the radiators off 2 years ago and I've never once felt cold. But boy when I lean out of the window, it's COLD out..

I still find Twitter confusing

Does anyone else find having a conversation on Twitter to be frustrating and confusing? In terms of design and usability, it seems that the site falls far short of what you'd expect a modern social media experience to be. I'm just going through my notifications now and it's never immediately apparen..
