Changing your user name in the forums.

Does anyone know if you can change your user name on the forums, and if so how do you go about it. I don't want to do anything drastic but a slight modification would be nice! Grum. P.S. This is the first time I've stayed into this place so please be nice..

I've been so busy dealing with family issues and preparing to move that I haven't had time to backup my files in a while. So, today, while packing I decide to do my usual PC maintenance and backup my files (mostly important personal and new business files) and what happens? Tons of errors about data..
