Is it 11am o'clock in Eastern Standard Timeshire yet?

Since RAM is everything....

I've noticed that the RAM prices have actually gone up since I built my rig back in June of 2013. I bought 2x8Gb sticks for $129 and now they're $166 HERE and a bit more HERE. Aren't they supposed to coming down in prices (at regular intervals)??..
