Need some help with a song I did on Jing

Okay. So, I recorded a quick version of an A Capella number using Jing and the mic/cam on my computer. It is saved as a swf file. I have tried everything I know to get the swf converted over to an mov file, but have failed miserably. Anyone here got any great tools or tricks?..
