Why is the forum always SO slow in the UK in the mornings?

Do the bakers power it down to a laptop before going to bed? This has always been a problem for me, whether I use IE11 or Chrome. It picks up to normal after lunch. All other stuff I access on the net is up to speed a.m. or p.m...
