That's confirmed my fears. Just had a hearing test and my hearing drops off above 1Khz. if only I could find the knobs to control the cut off slope! The joys of growing older...

I mentioned that album a few times before but it was actually pretty much around this time of the year 30 years ago that bought my first album, a record which completely change my life. It's also the album I've bought the most copies of, in every format - vinyl, tape, cd, mp3 - including many copies..

Wrist support for musicians

I meant to get some of these ages ago when my tendon problems were flaring up again but didn't bother after it died down. Now I'm starting to get tendon pain in my left arm again (combination of overdoing the weight training in the gym and years of trying to play Bach fugues ) so I've ordered some. ..

I shirley have lost a step or 2. In my case at least one finger. I've been listening to the recordings of songs I used to do compared to songs I do and play now. I hear buzzes,notes of chords not quite held out like I used to be able to, and sounds that used to not be there. What's worse is EVERYBOD..
