Do you ever have problems with Adobe Flash player ? (and IE-11 question)

Occasionally it will seem to disappear from my computer, though it is still there. Usually I will close all open windows and mst of my desktop icons will be white or at least looking as they should, screen blink, icons begin to reset to look the way they should, reopen windows, Flash player usually ..
