How is flash player working for you?

For the past 2 months I have encountered an issue with flash player where the sound starts when it feels like it. I can play a sound clip or a video and sometimes it is halfway through before the sound pops on. Sometimes I have to rewind and hit play a few times. It happens on SoundClick, SoundCloud..
