Calling all Drummers and/or Rhythm experts

I'm working on recording one of my all-time favorite songs from DONNIE IRIS. It's called "Ah Leah" and is a straight forward rock tune with some amazing vocal tracks. PROBLEM: Starting at 1:36, there seems to be a time signature change. I just can't seem to figure it out. I've tried counting 2/4, 3..

A new take on an ORIGINAL song . . .
