How to EQ Spit in Vocal

My latest song, after mixing and mastering, has spots where my spit (saliva) is noticeable, at least to me. Without the compression it sounds fine. Anyone ever run into this and have any EQ suggestions that I might try without doing the vocal parts over. Thanks...

Best built-in Sonar limiter for precise peak limiting

What would you recommend for a built-in Sonar limiter for transient peak limiting? I want to use it as the last VST in my mixing chain so it will be on pre master fader. I want to set it to -.35 db and have it catch all peaks. Any ideas? Rimshot..

Delay and Panning Approach

Do any of you all just take an audio track, clone it, then slide the timing a little to get your delays, then pan as you like? Unless I'm just missing it, I don't see where panning of delays can be adjusted in the stock Sonar plugins...they appear to be fully left and right. Any advantages or disadv..
