Update - can't find the loops

I recently updated my Sonar Platinum. According to the update I should have received a bunch of sample loops/construction kits from big fish audio. I can not find them when browsing the media. Any advise on how to acces them. What am I missing?..

Bounce to clips issue - no dialogue box

Using sonar cakewalk platinum and having issue with the bounce to clips dialogue box. It does not pop up.
