Anybody here a big fan of LCR panning? If so what pointers do you have for me?

Ive recently gotten into LCR panning and its turning my view on mixing on its side. I realize now that i was struggling to mix because i wasnt truly making a wide stereo image. that being said im just curious since im new to this, surely there has to be more to this than just panning everything away..

Does anyone have any idea what that instrument is at the end of The Beatles' Birthday song (as the song fades out)? Is it some sort of electric piano, or a Jedi Light Sabre, or what? Bachata recording

ARC - Tell me about it

Can you make an automatable envelope of a VST effect, on another track?

I understand that i can assign a parameter from one of my effects to my midi controller and automate that way.
