Bus Automation Question

I'm trying to get my project ready for mastering. I've got everything going to Buses (Instruments, Reverb, Sizzle, Drum Bus etc.) My mix is hitting the master a little hotter than I would like. I feel at this point I know a good bit about Sonar.. however, I find not so much time to practice mixing other than mixing my own song every 4/5 months. 3 mixing practices a year is not good. so i recenlty lost sound forge on my pc.. i used to use for editing a long track n splitting it into seperate tracks for a cd.is there anyway to do this in sonarx3.??..
