If you're running XP, you're in luck. Search the forums and you'll find a couple of tutorials on how to hook up multiple BCF2000's. With Vista 32 it's a lot harder but someone claimed he did it. Vista 64: forget about it (I tried myself, no such luck...)

Nope, my OS is Vista 64 and it only supports one BCF2000 through Vista's own driver. But if you use XP, you're in luck (because you can use Behringer's driver, which supports multiple units.)
    This will help you:

I had 2 and then 3 BCF's with Vista and sonar. I defined each one as its own control surface in mackie mode and then i went into the tools and then defined the parameters so one would control 1-8 and the other 9-16 asnd the other 17-24.
Its been over a year since i had them hooked up and over 1.5 years since i configured it. It can be done and it wasnt that much work
