maudio firewire 410 .. not found

Anyone else have this device and using it successfully with native asio drivers on x1 or x1a ?

I am unable to get it to recognize the native asio drivers.  Unit works fine in Reaper/Live.

I've read a number of issues here about asio issues... I just bought studio and it's all rather concerning.

Thanks.

Have you switched Sonar to ASIO mode?  It defaults to WDM/KS
Are you running a TI chipset Firewire controller?  My guess is not...

    Hi Jim,

I did choose asio.. I then get the asio4all.  I'm assuming that's because it can't find or is not picking up on the native drivers.

So I went back to double check, and while the asio4all drivers were at the top, followed by rearoute stuff... at bottom were the real maudio drivers.

Works like a champ now... much much better.
