You should copy the downloaded files to the new machine. I would create a new desktop folder to hold them. I do not recall if they are zipped or executable. I think the first is exe and the rest are rar.... so simply click to run the first one.
It should be automatic from there. Do not try to install it from disks. Copy all the files to the new machine and run them from the machine.
Corruption of files can occur during the downloading process. Try what I recommended first, if that fails, then download the files again from your cake store account.
Save them to a folder on the desktop. run them from that same folder.
