well try the small version .. I'm more inclinded to get Geist by fxpansion (also on sale) ,as I do loop based stuff.. as mdrummer looks similar to battery which I already have. I'm finding problematic to know which FX plugins to buy TBH. As I already have t-racks singles (both black / white amp also) / IK CSR / ozone 5 / camel phat+space / psp o2 (nitro) fab filter bundle is looking like something I will get though.

Any of these plugs absolutely great? I will pickup a couple with this sale, but want to hear from others about what is the best of the best in their line.

The quality is quite good. I've tried perhaps a dozen products and they were all smooth and intuitive to use (MMultibandDynamics was especially appealing). The guy puts a lot of thought into ergonomics and listens to users, which is really what distinguishes the better plugins these days. Unfortunately, most of them were way out of my price range and the only one I've actually purchased was MDynamicEQ. However, I have all the freebies and they are among the very few freebies in my collection that I actually use.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

sale started > Christmas is here, so we decided to do ultimate action of 2011: -50% for all bundles and -20% for separate products. The action is starting right now and will end at the end of 2011. Get it right now! AND... maybe another discount on that if your a student or teacher. not asked as I'm not one.

Scale-able GUI

I just started trying the demos of the Master Bundle (again) and noticed that the GUI is customizable, both in color, but more importantly also it can be re-sized. Check it out! They have a GUI that can be increased in size. This is absolutely great. As someone who has sight problems I am ecstatic. I can now see what I am doing. Wish other companies would follow this lead.

Grem..your talking about ONE plugin , NOT the whole bundle.. mcompressor is currently listed on their site for $54.. thats one plugin.. not the 50+ ? others included in the bundle.. 2 different things mate.

Freebies Pro?

I contacted Meldaproductions and asked what was the difference between the freebies and the freebies "pro edition" which are in the Total Bundle. They gave a link, which I should have already known about, but here it is: You should consider upgrading to a professional version (Pro bundle). This is what you get: - You can change size and style of the plugins.
- You can access sonogram feature in analyzers and equalizers.
- You can manipulate your own presets.
- Most plugins can perform upsampling which minimizes aliasing, therefore it is useful to improve sound quality.
- The plugins will not occasionally open our website anymore.
- The plugins will not contain the nasty big box in the bottom with our clickable logo.
- You will make us happy and let us develop more free software ;-).

As I am not home, I can't tell you what version I have. But was the same as desrcibed in previous post. And I paid $48 something for. When I saw I was getting everything in the free bundle I jumped on it. When I get home I will check.

Well I am at home. And I can use all the melda plugs without the big box logo on the bottom. And I can re-size the ones I tried. I telling you that when you buy one, you get the whole bundle that you get for free, and it is only about $48US. A great buy!!

I found my order form. It costs 30Euro, which equals $42US. Now this is the MFreeEffectsBundle. I thought that's what we were talking about the free plugs bundle. I do see they have the Total Bundle for $400US.

I do see they have the Total Bundle for $400US. Yeah, I was referring to the Total Bundle which includes the freebies. So I contacted Meldaproductions and asked what was the difference between their general freebies and the freebies included as advertised in the Total Bundle and also why they would be included in the Total Bundle at all since they were free. The answer and the link they gave is what I posted above. For your cost of $42 dollars the "freebies" are certainly worth it if not just for the customization of the GUI, but for completely free (even with fixed GUI and the occasional pop ups) they are a "deal". Probably next to Bootsy's freebies they are the some of the best freebies around. Cecelius2

If you don't mind....Cecelius2 (if it's you who's doing it). Changing the thread title every three posts is very unorthodox and somewhat irritating :o/ You see the "Last post" on the opening page, but then you can't find a thread with the same title. I don't think it's correct forum behaviour to change the OPs title all the time. Not that it's the end of the world, though....go ahead.

Now whether it is poper or not? I don't think it really matters. But when it's done I must confess it is confusing. I have been in threads that when it happens I may not notice it until a few posts late (which most everyone is now hitting quick reply too) thus leaving some to thinking they are replying to changed title post, but they are really replying to OP post!!! Did I make any sense?

Back to Melda. Has anybody bought any Meldaproduction plugins during this holiday sale? I have been on the fence on this one. On the plus side-- They have scale-able GUIs and customization of color schemes both of which are great for the eyes. Their multiband approach on many, if not most, of their plugins is interesting if not a little overdone. Their freebies are definitely usable. For the money both the MasterBundle and the TotalBundle look nice, the latter offers any future plugins at no cost. However-- I have not seen many reviews of their vst products. I was not impressed at all with their Mdrummer, which was too thin and "cheesy" for my ears. And, apart from Bitflipper's use of MDynamicEQ whose opinions I do trust, I do not read of anyone else around here using their paid plugins. So, has anyone jumped on this sale and why?
