I have my midi file complete, I exported it to my desktop as mp3 and I have no audio. I do have audio with everything else. Any help would be appreciated.

MIDI is information only, not sound.
What synthesizer are you using to hear the MIDI information being played?

    Hi Greg,
My friend emailed me a midi song that she bought, I opened it with MC6 (TTS-1) then edited the song....I exported to my desktop as (mp3) so I could add it to a music player but I have no audio when I try to play it on my desktop. Do I need to run it through something?

Okay. Just make sure all the MIDI tracks and the soft synths are selected before bouncing down or exporting.
You do that by clicking on the track numbers while holding down the computer keyboard's Ctrl key. Or clicking a track's number several times until all the tracks are automatically selected.
You'll know they are selected when the tracks change color; in my program they turn black.

    Greg,
I did what you said and the track numbers turned black, I then exported and still no audio. I have audio when I play the file in MC6.

You are obviously using the Microsoft Wavetable Synth, which is not inside MC, but a part of Windows. That is harder to bounce/export, or was it actually unbouncable..? I don't remember.
You really should learn the basics and use soft synths. They'll give you more and better sounds and huge flexibility.

As already mentioned, MIDI is like digital sheet music. You need to run it to something that plays it, a hardware or a software synthesizer.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.

The track numbers changing color don't necessarily mean that the tracks are selected. The actual clips in the tracks have to change color from the start to the end of the tracks.
And ensure that all the tracks you want in the export have their outputs set to the soft synth.
