midi problems in Sonar plat

Hi guys have just updated to latest sonar plat and having problems with my midi. Has anything changed in latest upgrade or am I missing the obvious. It plays my previous projects ok but when I add a vst instrument track such as pianoteque or chromaphone or addictive drums and try to control from my midi keyboard nothing is happening. When I open the plugin screen within splat it will work using mouse control on the plugin but not using my keyboard. If I open the plugins as standalone not in splat everything works ok using keyboard control. Not had this issue before is there a setting that I have missed. My midi and audio uses v studio 100. Any advice appreciated.

Have you checked that the Midi in ports are selected in SONAR for both Midi In and Midi Control.  I know someone with a VS 20 and every now and again SONAR seems to forget them.

If they are there check what the MIDI in source is in the MIDI port of the VST set it to Omni instead of none.

Also remember you need to select Omni for the specific controller you're using.

Finally sorted what a pain. I ended up having to remove my Vstudio midi driver and reapply then it worked ok within sonar plat. No idea why it suddenly would work with all my other music software but not in sonar after the latest upgrade. Must have been a 'glitch?''. Any way its ok now will try and forget the past couple of days.
