midi sounds out of sync in session drummer 3 plus where are the rock and roll musicians??

Can anyone help me make session drummer 3 play midi files from exdrummer/superior drummer,when i play them from the browser they sound out of timing.Please help. Also are there any kits that would be good for rock and roll/punk rock,metal in sonar?,i dont make dance music or hiphop and would like to have more resources to record my music.
