midi to audio / Virus TI

Any idea on how to convert a single midi Track utilizing Virus TI2 sound module to an audio track?   When I try multiple ways it states "freeze feature for Virus TI not supported"

    If it's a HW sound module you'll need to connect the audio outputs of the TI2 to your computer's audio interface and create an audio track in your DAW to record to. Play the midi track and get your levels set. Arm the audio track to record and select record.
