missing Cakewalk tuner plugin

Hi:

I purchased a new computer and installed Sonar X2. When I open my projects now, the Cakewalk tuner plugin is missing.

Any guidance on how I can reinstall it would be appreciated.

Alternatively, are there other free tuner plugins that anyone can recommend?

Thanks very much.

The tuner can be installed from a previous version of SONAR using the advanced install option. I use GTune for the large easy to read display.

I am a great fan of TH2 but have to admit Amplitube 3 tuner is much more user friendly and perhaps more accurate. Just go download free Amplitube Custom Shop.

Windows 10/64, Intel i7 Xeon X6575 3,07GHz, 24Gb RAM, chipset: Intel X58 Express, Kingston SSD 240Gb,  Sonar Platinum , Edirol UA-25.  (Some extra VSTs: PSP almost all/  IK - AT4, ST3, / AAS - all/ TH3 full/ +10dB/ Melodyne Editor). EVE sc205 monitors, Defil Kosmos guitar, blue lava lamp, ashtray.  And there is some great music you may find at: https://soundcloud.com/pawel-jan-1

Great tip! I like the AmpliTube tuner too. Guitar Rig has a free version too if you like that tuner.

im one who would vote for a built in tuner, i like the idea.
with users using a lot of stringed inst. it sounds practicle really.

    Windows 8.1 X64 Sonar Platinum x64
    Custom built: Asrock z97 1150 - Intel I7 4790k - 16GB corsair DDR3 1600 - PNY SSD 220GB
Focusrite Saffire 18I8 - Mackie Control

I use Cleartune on my phone. Not free but almost and I like being able to use it anywhere.
